FAQ and TOS

For most artists, you simply reach out to @Ra_Zim on Discord or Telegram! Though we also accept commissions via FurAffinity Notes!

This mostly depends on your specific project! In general, please allow a few months for delivery as we do often have somewhat large queues, and our artists are not machines. For smaller projects (or ones with a lot of small parts, like stickers), these are often done as warm ups and may skip around the queue a bit. For larger projects, like models with a lot of addons or ref sheets, they can take extra time. They will often be started and then put on pause to do something else as a palette cleanser. Either way, your art WILL be done!

This varies from artist to artist, but regardless: It is highly recommended! While we are happy to fix things if we make a mistake, if your reference material or written description does not include a detail that you want changed later, then you may be subject to additional charges for it. Especially if we are nearly finished with your commission!

We do have several artists that can draw a Ref Sheet for you and work to get it done correctly!

This varies from artist to artist, but most kinks are welcome and can be drawn or otherwise created. With this, SFW and NSFW art are also available, depending on the artist. Artists are tagged with whether they will take SFW and/or NSFW commissions! Just present your idea and we can discuss!

While this list is NOT all-inclusive, there are a few kinks that will not be done: Cubs, Diapers, Scat, Gore (depending on the artist/idea), and Death (also depending) will not be created.

Keep in mind that there are some things that are either not possible, or incredibly difficult, depending on the medium. Transformation is particularly difficult to do with 3D Models!

We only accept commissions from those who are 18+

We have the right to decline, or cancel, a commission for any reason.

We have the right to utilize the art created for you for promotional, sharing, and other uses that we deem necessary. We will not resell your character or model or create a YCH or such from your completed commission.

We reserve all ownership and rights to the art itself in perpetuity.

You retain ownership of your character and the theme of the art, though you may not claim you made the art.

When posting the art, please make sure to link to the artist's page on ZGF.Art

Commercial use of art commissioned from us is not permitted by default, this includes using it for streams, videos, and the like. There are a few specific commissions that permit commercial use, these are specifically laid out as such. Commercial rights may be purchased for an extra 50% of the cost of the commission and may come with additional royalties depending on the use.

We accept payments via PayPal Invoice. Other methods may be available on a case-by-case basis.

Payment plans are available with negotiable terms for any order over $100. Payment plans do carry a 10% surcharge for them. They can be setup to be broken into multiple payments over months, or half up front and half before delivery or somewhere in between. All payments must be made before delivery.

First and foremost: All commissions are subject to a 10% increase to cover PayPal fees and partially cover taxes for self-employment.

If you are setting up a payment plan, then it is subject to a 10% surcharge.

NSFW content, private commissions, or commissions that otherwise can not be done on stream are subject to a 20% surcharge. Do be aware that a lot of kinks can be done on stream, so if you want something paw-focused, or with transformation, or such, it may not be subject to this surcharge. This is generally only the case if genitals are showing. In the case of 3D models, only the NSFW part of the model is subject to this surcharge.

Alternate versions (such as a SFW and NSFW alts) are subject to a 15% surcharge. If you commission a SFW version of your art, then only the 15% surcharge would be subject to the 20% surcharge noted above for the NSFW alt.

ZGF Art is a collection of artists under the ZGF umbrella! They are all managed, in some capacity, by Ra_Zim. This group of artists have their own queues and setups, but work to help and back each other up when they need it.

This is likely different for others as such a position is rather uncommon, but at least for here with ZGF Art and most of the artists here: Zim takes care of all of the business side of things that are associated with commissions and attempting to survive in this world. He leaves the artists able to focus only on what is important to them: The art itself.

For most of the artists here, Zim handles communication, quoting and invoicing, queue management, and more. Though this may change from one artist to the next.

Seeing as this HAS been brought up before: It depends on the artist. We do not mind some transparency here: For example, Conrade insisted on a 20% cut for Zim. While that is what is MEANT to happen, the reality is that Zim puts that towards future commissions and often winds up sending additional funds to help Conrade out when commissions are not enough to keep Conrade going. This is also the case with some of the other artists.

While the details of all of this is preferred to be private by most artists, do rest assured that anything arranged is thoroughly ensured to be to the artists' desires.
